My interests sit at the intersection of machine learning, software engineering, and computer science research. I enjoy understanding how things work, experimenting with new ideas, and turning concepts into practical systems and projects.
I am particularly interested in machine learning, large language models, Python, distributed systems, algorithms, and open source. I enjoy going from a research paper or technical idea to something that can actually be implemented, tested, and shared.
Research & Publications
Research is an important part of what I do. My work has explored areas including large language models, model quantization, efficiency, accuracy, and resource allocation.

I enjoy exploring questions that connect theoretical ideas with practical applications, particularly where machine learning and software engineering can come together to build useful systems.
Building in the Open
Alongside research, I enjoy building software and experimenting with different technologies. My GitHub includes projects, experiments, and code covering different areas of computer science, software development, and machine learning.
Open source appeals to me because it makes knowledge collaborative. Code, ideas, documentation, and discussions can travel across borders and bring together people who may never otherwise meet.
Languages & Culture
Technology isn't the only thing I enjoy learning. I have a strong interest in languages and cultures and can speak seven languages, including English, Spanish, French, Mandarin, Hindi, Telugu, and elementary Sanskrit.
Learning languages has given me a different perspective on communication, culture, and the many ways people express ideas. It is also a reminder that learning something new rarely has a finish line.
Outside of Technology
When I'm away from a computer, I enjoy swimming, listening to music, traveling, and reading. These interests provide a useful balance to the technical side of my work.
I especially enjoy discovering new music, exploring new places, and learning about subjects outside my usual area of expertise. Some of the most interesting ideas come from making connections between seemingly unrelated things.
Always Learning
Computer science changes quickly, which is one of the reasons I enjoy it. There is always a new paper to read, a system to understand, a language to learn, or an idea worth experimenting with.
Whether I'm researching machine learning, contributing to an open-source project, practicing a language, or simply exploring something new, I try to stay curious and keep learning.
